Responsibilities

  • Review and provide feedback on video content provided by Influencers
  • Review content for required clips, tags, and overall branding message
  • Day-to-day management of Influencer marketing activities
  • Review on average 50-100 pieces of content per day and follow up in a timely manner
  • Support digital team with delivering creative ideas for social advertising campaigns
  • Support cross-functional efforts to leverage influencer-generated content throughout the brand
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes, recommending any tools or technology needed
  • Assist with reporting and creative analysis
  • Video editing skills is not required, but would be a huge plus!

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or other related field
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Flexible, adaptable working-style and quick to learn new processes
  • Ability to relate to Influencers and to develop trust and long-term relationships
  • Has a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
