  • Assists with special projects as requested by Head of Bang Revolution Apparel and Accessories
  • Ability to learn multiple areas of the business depending on individual’s career goals and interests
  • Develops and maintain alert system for deadlines, requests, projects and events
  • Represents the Apparel team by welcoming visitors, arranging meetings and engagements
  • Manages Head of Bang Revolution Apparel and Accessories’ schedule, calendar, and appointments as needed
  • Manages department calendar creation of invites and scheduling updates as needed
  • Locates, organizes, creates and attaches appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
  • Files important documents digitally and in binders or filing cabinets as necessary
  • Works closely with team on sample management as needed
  • Manage complex travel arrangement and expenses
  • Upholds a strict level of confidentiality
  • Anticipates needs and creates solutions and opportunities as problems arise
  • Responds to and addresses confidential and sensitive information with poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Works with Word documents, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and online databases to complete tasks


  • College Degree Preferred
  • 2+ years prior Proven Office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Maintains a positive work environment by communicating in a collaborative manner
  • Must be a proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and communications skills
  • Extremely detailed and organized
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with PCs and Macs preferred
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools
  • Has a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoys working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable representing company at an event or Trade Show if needed
  • Open to potential travel if the need arises.
  • Interest in fashion and trends is a plus
